  1. Wir brauchen Implementation Driven Architecture.
  2. Die Personalverteilung eines üblichen Softwareprojekts setzt sich wie folgt zusammen:
    • 80% Manager und Projektleiter
    • 20% Leute, die arbeiten
    Wir sehen: es handelt sich um eine Pareto-Verteilung. Letztere setzen sich zusammen aus Praktikanten, Diplomanden und FH-Absolventen. Tester sind hierbei zu vernachlässigen.
  3. Wer testet, ist feige und kann nichts.
